In Bundaberg, Saltair delivered a landmark QBuild development comprising 34 dwellings, each designed from two modules as part of a full turnkey package. Completed in just 3.5 months, this high-efficiency project saw 68 modules delivered and installed, setting a new benchmark for speed, quality, and project management in modular construction.
