Evolved from our Doonan 526 design, the layout was thoughtfully refined to better suit the clients’ lifestyle while maintaining the design integrity of the original plan. Generous living spaces, strong connection to the outdoors, and a refined material palette come together to create a home that feels both elevated and welcoming.
A bold, dark exterior palette formed a key part of the clients’ vision. While visually striking, darker finishes require considered design responses to meet 7-star energy efficiency standards, particularly in Queensland’s climate.
