Originally crafted as Saltair's deluxe Noosa 424 display home, the Bryden Residence exemplifies the perfect combination of exceptional craftsmanship, innovative design, and customisation. The home takes full advantage of its environment, providing its residents with expansive views, a seamless indoor-outdoor connection, and custom features to ensure an unparalleled living experience.
The remote location of the Bryden Residence presented several logistical challenges, including difficult access and steep terrain that required the use of heavy machinery to pull trucks onto the site. Additionally, the project had to meet BAL 19 bushfire rating requirements, which demanded specialised materials and design modifications.
Saltair’s team successfully delivered and installed the five modules within a four-week timeframe, utilising heavy machinery to navigate the challenging site conditions. To meet the BAL 19 bushfire requirements, Saltair Modular implemented fire-resistant materials and construction techniques, ensuring the home complied with safety regulations without compromising its design. By overcoming these obstacles and adhering to stringent safety standards, Saltair Modular delivered a striking, functional, and resilient home that seamlessly blends with its natural surroundings.
