• How do I know if my block is suitable for a knock-down rebuild? There aren’t many blocks we can’t work with. During your consultation, we’ll assess your site and identify any considerations early on for things like access, slope, or planning requirements, so there are no surprises later.

• What happens to my old home? You’ll arrange your own demolition contractor, and we’ll work closely with them to ensure everything stays on track. Once your old home is removed, we can complete the necessary site preparation ahead of your new home being delivered. The timing is all planned in advance, and we’ll guide you through each step.

• Do I need to move out during the process? Not straight away. One of the biggest benefits of modular is that your new home is built off-site while you stay in your existing home. You’ll only need to move out once demolition and site preparation begins, typically just a few weeks before installation.
• Will a knock-down rebuild cost more than renovating? Not necessarily. Renovations can quickly escalate in cost, especially with older homes where structural issues or compliance upgrades are uncovered mid-way. With a knock-down rebuild, you know your costs upfront and you get the long-term peace of mind that comes with a brand-new home.
• How long does the process take? Once your design is finalised and approvals are in place, construction of your new home takes as little as 10–12 weeks in our factory. Site works and installation follow soon after, depending on access, weather, and service connections.
